Mail your payment to the address shown on the letter notification you received. Please include your EOS CCA account number, creditor’s name and if possible, creditor’s account number.

If you do not have a letter notification available, you may send payments to the following address. Use this address only if you do not have a notice, as it may delay credit to your account.
