If you have previously been in contact with EOS CCA and you have questions or concerns about that experience, please let us address the issue by submitting an inquiry with our Consumer Relations Department. Once we receive your inquiry, one of our Consumer Relations Specialists will call you back within ten business days to address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note, to ensure compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to debt collections, we are unable to respond to or discuss your submittal via email.
If you are disputing an issue on your credit report, please submit your dispute in writing to EOS CCA, PO Box 329, Norwell, MA 02061 and we will respond within 30 days from receipt of your written dispute.
