If you have received a notice in the mail, please direct all inquiries to the toll-free number and/or address that is located on the notice you received. Please include your EOS CCA account number, creditor’s name, and creditor’s account number.

Only if you do not have a notice, you may send payment and correspondence to the following address and include the creditor’s name, creditor’s account number and, if available, the EOS CCA account number. Use this address only if you do not have a notice as it may delay credit to your account.
