Annual EOS CCA Employee Appreciation Day
Our annual EOS CCA Employee Appreciate Day is held in all EOS CCA offices. It is how we say "thank you" on large scale to all the members of our team. This year, EOS CCA’s Norwell Office celebrated our staff and the contributions they have made to our success with a luncheon and raffles. Staff members were greeted by Paul E. Leary, Jr., our CEO, and then served an Italian Buffet from Pacini’s, a favorite local Italian restaurant, by members of the management staff. The Italian specialties, including cheese lasagna; chicken, broccoli & ziti; and chicken parmesan were heartily enjoyed by all! After the mouth-watering buffet, prizes including Apple iPods, personal LCD TVs, Red Sox tickets, gift certificates and many other items donated by our vendors and suppliers were raffled off. Employee Appreciation Day is a long-standing tradition for EOS CCA!

Annual Softball Game & BBQ
Our annual softball game and barbeque is held at the South Shore Vocational Technical High School in Hanover, Massachusetts. This year the weather was ideal – it was a wonderful summer day on the South Shore- warm, sunny and just breezy enough to make it a great day for BBQ and softball. The turnout was phenomenal! We fielded eight teams who played on two baseball fields. The BBQ was catered by “The Picnic People” who prepared pulled pork sandwiches, grilled BBQ Chicken and salad. For the kids we had hot dogs and an old Boston favorite – macaroni & cheese! This event has been held for many years and is an employee favorite. It is a great way to end the summer!

Fall Costume Contest
Every Fall, all EOS CCA offices hold a costume contest and a department decorating contest. From the beginning of October until the morning of the contest, each department works on decorating their department for a chance to win a pizza party. This is a very fun and team building activity that we all enjoy seeing each year. The costume contest is also a popular event. Staff members dress up and compete in a friendly costume contest. After the employees are announced, they parade around the collection floor to be judged. There are four categories that employees are judged on and the winner of each category wins a great prize. It is always a great time seeing how creative our staff is with their costumes.

Annual Turkey Give-a-Way
Every year on the day before Thanksgiving, EOS CCA holds its Annual Turkey Give-a-Way for the employees in the Norwell office. The Human Resources staff assembles a dozen turkey dinners that include stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, rolls, an apple or pumpkin pie and a gift certificate for a turkey. Every employee is automatically entered into the drawing for a chance to win one of the scrumptious dinners. This is a fun event for all!

Holiday Dinner Party and Dance
At the end of every year, all EOS CCA offices hold a holiday party for their employees to celebrate the ending of one year, the beginning of the next and all of their successes. The Norwell and Brockton employees, along with their guests, are invited to the Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston, Massachusetts, for this wonderful celebration. The party is a great night of food, dancing, and end of year fun for our employees. Our staff also has the opportunity to participate in a raffle to raise money for charities of the employees’ choice. Staff members have a chance to win American Express Gift Cards, while making donations to those who may not be as fortunate as others.
