Paul E. Leary, Sr.

Paul E. Leary, Sr. Under Paul E. Leary Sr.'s leadership and vision, EOS CCA grew from a one-person operation in 1991 to one of the United States ' 20 largest AROs and a leader in accounts receivable strategic planning. The Company strives to maintain the original principles and operating philosophy by which Paul established and grew EOS CCA.

Paul E. Leary, Jr.
Paul E. Leary, Jr., served as EOS CCA's President for six years prior to being promoted to CEO on April 1, 2002. He is responsible for the ultimate oversight of all regional operations, corporate recoveries and marketing, IT, finance, project coordination, and the total operations of EOS CCA. Prior to joining EOS CCA, Paul participated in General Electric's Financial Management Program and held various financial positions within a $100 million dollar aerospace business for GE.

Candice E. O'Brien

Candice E. O'Brien
Candice E. O'Brien is Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development with a commitment to providing customized solutions to attain our goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations.  She has a Masters degree in Business Administration, held a lead faculty position with the University of Phoenix, is the Membership Chair and a Director of a division of ACA’s Collectors Association and sits on SoundBite’s Collection Advisory Board.  Candice has extensive experience in management, operations, analytics and strategy development.  Most recently, she was VP of Operations, where she was a leader to the Quality Assurance Team, Analytics and Strategy Department, Client Service, and all the Regional Recovery Centers creating a proactive culture that is client focused and solution driven.

Peter Doolan

Peter Doolan
Peter Doolan has worked in the collection industry for 22 years. For the past 10 years he has been the Vice President of Business Development. Peter has been involved with major corporate projects and clients, as well as heading up the New Client Development Team at EOS CCA. Prior to joining EOS CCA in 1995, Peter acquired ten years of collection experience at Payco American Corporation, and also held management positions at Bethlehem Steel Corporation and General Dynamics Corporation. Peter received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Northeastern University; Boston, MA.

Brittiany Leary

Brittiany Leary
Brittiany has been with EOS CCA since 1996 and is the Senior Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for the overall operations of all the Regional Recovery Centers, strategy development and analytics.   Prior to this position, Brittiany was responsible for the U.S. Department of Education contract. The ED contract is one of the most competitive in our industry. Brittiany has also been very successful in the position of Eastern Regional VP of Operations and has experience in Finance, Client Services, and ACA Healthcare. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Tampa.

John Burns

John Burns
John Burns has been with EOS CCA since 1993 in various positions as a Director, Vice President of Corporate Services and Senior Financial Officer. Currently he is Vice President of the EOS CCA Portfolio Management division. That entity purchases receivable assets for internal recovery. Prior to EOS CCA he was a senior banking executive and served on the Board of Governors for the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. He has held a key role in strategic planning, corporate expansion, financial and risk management areas of EOS CCA for over a decade. John graduated from Columbia College, BA and attended Babson College, Wellesley MA.

Rick Gilbertson

Rick Gilbertson
Rick Gilbertson is the VP of Information Services & Technology, responsible for EOS CCA's computer, network, telecom, software systems infrastructure, strategic planning, implementation, support and also regulatory compliance programs for Security including PCI, FISMA and ISO.  For the past 20+ years Rick held key leadership roles in IT including Vice President of IT and Security at Karen Clark and Co., Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Shaw’s Supermarkets Inc., and Senior Director IT Operations at Staples.  Rick received his BS in Finance and Business Administration from Northeastern University and his MBA from Suffolk University.

Tod Dillon

Tod Dillon 
Tod Dillon is the CFO, responsible for leading EOS CCA’s forecasting and budgeting, financial analysis, accounting and processing efforts. Prior to joining EOS CCA, Tod held various financial management positions at Fidelity Investments, ranging from head of finance for Fidelity’s Ireland-based software development start-up company, to head of the central financial planning & analysis group for Fidelity’s systems organization, to divisional finance leadership in Fidelity’s pricing and cash management group. Before Fidelity, Tod was a consultant with American Management Systems, focusing on assisting clients with business process improvement and financial systems implementation efforts. Tod received his B.A., Magna cum Laude, in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College and his MBA from Northeastern University.
